more and more, i see people talking shit behind each others’ backs…whether it be talking shit about a friend for something they did or being a tough guy online but the complete opposite in real life. I don’t get why people put on these fake fronts…the facades…to seem like they’re so awesome when they’re actually just douche bags.

what happened to people just being real? blame it on Hollywood and the media and all this glam bullshit, but it all boils down to our own decisions and how we see ourselves. Yeah, not everyone can just be blunt, but you know what? Don’t pretend to like someone just so you don’t have to look like a douche and are the cool guy.

If you don’t like em, don’t pretend like you do. At the end of the day, all that’s left is you and all you have is your inner strength and your honor. If you’re being fake and not being real, then you’ve got no real honor….you’re just another fake douche that are a dime a dozen.

Keep it real people

Well, they’re finally fixing some of the shit that’s been bugging me about the game.

We’ve updated the European PS3 version of Modern Warfare 2, including the following fixes:

  • Care Package, Emergency Airdrop, and Sentry Gun marker grenades sprint speed normalized.
  • Fix for “infinite care package” exploit.
  • Sentry Guns: Improved placement detection, preventing cases of Sentry Guns inside geometry.
  • Model 1887: Bling using Akimbo and FMJ combination now has same range and damage as non-Bling Model 1887s.
  • Improved player collision removing cases of getting into geometry and ‘elevators’.
  • Fixes to prevent various XP hacks.

US PS3 Players:

This patch should go live for US PS3 players at some point tonight according to Sony NA.

Worldwide Xbox 360 Players:

This patch is currently in certification at Microsoft. No ETA on it’s arrival yet.

I don’t really care about some of them, but the first one bugs me the most. When someone is 15 ft away and tries to knife me while I’m blasting him with a shotgun and is successful…well that’s just ridiculous. No way in hell would that be able to happen.

As of right now, I’m getting extremely bored with the game and have resorted to running around with shotguns. They really need to release some multiplayer map packs.

In a perfect world
I’d have the perfect job
I’d have the girl
I’d have money

But this isn’t a perfect world
I’ve got no job
I lost the girl
I’m not where I thought I’d be

In a perfect world
I’d have my dream car
I’d have a giant house
I’d have everything I could dream of

This is not that world
Everyday seems harder than the last
Trying to make it through everything
But nothing seems to make it any easier

In a perfect world
Life would be a breeze
No worries, no pain
No anger, no sorrow

This isn’t that world
Full of worries and pain, anger and sorrow
This isn’t the perfect world
But this is my life and my world

not often do I come across a photographer that absolutely inspires me to start shooting again. I know I’m no where near this level but it inspires me to start shooting photos again. Here are some of his photos

late night
laying in my bed
thoughts shoot through my mind
of life, of love, of loss

so many things have happened
good and bad
filled with joy and sadness
some i never want to let go
and some i wish i could forget

thinking about the past
thinking about the future
where i’ve been
and where I’m going

is this all that my life is
living day by day
with no real plan
just letting it all happen?

where do i go from here?
with everything i’ve been through
how do i use it to better my life?
what do i do next?

late night
nothing but a bunch of questions
questions i can’t answer
regrets i can’t take back…

So, i got my 10 yr reunion postcard today in the mail…I can’t believe it’s been 10 yrs since I was a senior in high school. I can’t believe how much things have changed. I can’t believe how some things haven’t changed at all…

On the flier was a website where we could update our information, add a bio, and register for the reunion. How do you even sum up what you’ve done in the past 10 yrs? I don’t even know what to tell people about myself now. I pretty much hate talking about myself, so how do I sum up the past 10 years of my life letting the people I knew 10 years ago what I’ve been up to since high school?

What do I say? I went to a CC, graduated from college, shot photography professionally for a couple years? What else have I really accomplished? I’ve travelled, made tons of friends? I’m sure know one wants to hear about that…

I wish I knew what to say…I wonder if I’ll even go…
